Site Plan![]() Draw site plan to scale, not less than 1-inch=100-feet, show all property corners, existing and proposed structures, adjacent roads, all storage tank locations, all easements, utility locations and north arrow. The site plan may incorporate the erosion, pollution, and stormwater control requirements of a site development permit. This combined plan is sometimes referred to as an abbreviated plan or stormwater site plan. |
Landscape Plan ![]() Your project may be subject to the landscape standards of the Development Regulations - Design Standards and Guidelines, Pierce County Code (PCC) Title 18J. See PCC 18J.10 for specifics on what to include in the plan and who can prepare the documents. |
