The applicant applied for a Boundary Line Adjustment (BLA) to amend the property lines so that the boathouses would be completely on separate lots. The retaining wall and gravel driveway would cross the property line. The site is in the Rural Residential Shoreline Environment, Rural 10 (R10) zone classification, and the Gig Harbor Community Plan, located at 1412 and 1503 Sullivan Dr NW, Gig Harbor, WA, in Council District #7.
