    Housing Navigation and Support for Trueblood Class Members. GENERAL DEFINITION of a Trueblood Class Member: Class members are defined as individuals who are now or have a history of waiting in jail for: -Court ordered in-jail evaluation of competency to stand trial or -Court-ordered admission for inpatient evaluation/restoration services Due to one or more of the following conditions that may impact their competency to stand trial: mental health and/or substance use conditions, intellectual and developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, or other cognitive impairments due to age, injury or disease. Trueblood Class Membership, as defined above, is not dependent upon the current status of the individual in relation to the criminal justice system. A Trueblood Class Member, as defined above -May be in a pre-charging status; or -May be charged with misdemeanors or felonies; or -May be at the point of release from jail; or -May be living in the community.
